BLACK BIRD is a European print and packaging production partner based in Riga, Latvia. We specialise in rigid boxes, custom cardboard and corrugated packaging, puzzles, playing cards and printed game components for brands, publishers and agencies across Europe.

Finished products are checked, packed and palletised according to your logistics requirements and shipped to your warehouse or fulfilment partner anywhere in the EU.
We handle printing, laminating, varnishing, die-cutting and assembly in a single production flow – including automated puzzle and card cutting, rigid box forming and packing.
For complex or high-value projects, we can create prototypes or small test batches so you can see and feel the result before full production.
Our prepress team checks all files, adapts them to print requirements and ensures consistency across boxes, cards, boards and inserts. Where needed, we help adjust designs for special finishes like foil, spot UV or embossing.
You share your idea, existing box or game concept. We help refine dimensions, structures and material choices so that the packaging is manufacturable, protective and on budget.
